the good times roll! Happy Mardi Gras, y’all! Mardi Gras is French for Fat Tuesday, referring to the practice
of the last night of eating richer, fatty foods (yum!) before the ritual
fasting of the Lenten season, which begins tomorrow on Ash Wednesday. As you
know, through the years it’s taken on a bigger meaning and is associated with
so many carnival festivities like wearing masks, parades, costumes, dancing,
etc. I will definitely be out celebrating and masquerading tonight with my
friends. Can’t wait!
