{Thrifty Thursday} DIY Easter Centerpieces

This week (Holy Week), Whole Foods is having a special on Tulips- three bunches of 10 for $12. Tulips happen to be one of my favorite flowers so naturally, I had to capitalize on this great deal. I bought three bunches-a purple, a pink and a sunset multi colored bunch and waited a couple of days for the buds to open. Once they began to open, my mom and I trimmed down the stems and leaves and placed them in shallow Waterford rose bowls with some yellow daffodils for a colorful Spring floral arrangement, perfect for our Easter table landscape. Mami also set out her Spring tulip-designed china and we had a perfectly set dining room table. Love the Spring theme & can’t wait for Sunday afternoon's family Ester dinner to sit at mom & dad’s table and enjoy a delicious meal and some vino.  Check out the pictures of the table with our stellar center pieces. And don't forget to visit local grocery stores and floral shops for their daily deals.

Cheers!
Cristi
